Powerball Lottery - My Take On It and The System I'm Working Out

Primarily out of a sense of curiosity and yes playfulness I started looking at the Powerball lottery. The Mega Millions is similar, but I've been focusing on Powerball. The more I looked I wondered if there isn't a way to cut the odds even a little bit, and came up with an idea that seems to work.  I created a chart of 46 weeks, that has the most recent results, going back a couple of months and then at random though January 2014 a game or two each month.
Using my system, I've shown that I'd have won something in most games and nothing only 13 times out of the 46. Now understand that when I say won something it may be only $4.00, or $7.00, or more. In the 46 games, I had several $100.00 winners, 3 $10,000.00 winners, and one $1,000,000.00 winner drawing 5 numbers and no Powerball. This tells me I may be on the right track.
Right now I'm looking for a random number generator or something similar perhaps a wheeling system, (although a wheeling system might not be right I don't know yet), that I can put my numbers into and generate 5 numbers and a powerball multiple times, doing it manually is difficult.
Anyway that's where I'm at right now, I'll post updates as I go along, but if I win a jackpot I'll let you know before I disappear :)....
