Matthew 25:40

And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

Matthew 7 1-6

1. Judge not, that ye be not judged.
2. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
3. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
4. Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
5. Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
6. Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

TSA, FBI and Everybody Else Overreacts

Picture from The Denver Post of the TSA in action
I found this article on Yahoo Sports. Link to Original Article  What I just can't figure out is where is their common sense? These idiots shut down an airport,  forced HUNDREDS of people out into cold night air (this is Alaska), people missed flights, and threw the someone in jail, all because another idiot made a joke, a stupid joke about a bomb. One reason I refuse to fly is the intense level of terror that the TSA promotes as they try to validate their "need."  They want us the public to believe they're necessary to "keep us safe." They don't want us to realize, or remember, that we flew safely for decades before anyone ever heard of the TSA. Back to where is their common sense, WHY didn't one of the morons that are making 18-20k a year "protecting" us just open the bag? Ok, toss the joker in jail, it's overreaction but ok, but why evacuate, etc? Open the bag, see no bomb, and back to business as usual. But of course then we might realize we don't need them.  By the way neither picure is from the article, from the Denver Post just showing you what "our protectors" are up to.

NCAA hockey referee arrested for joke about bomb at Alaska airport

When he isn't getting arrested for making inappropriate jokes about bombs in an airport, Peter Friesema is a referee for the Western Collegiate Hockey Association and the Central Hockey League.
Late Saturday night, Freisema was returning from a UAA tournament through Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport in Anchorage. The gate agent accidentally placed Freisema's luggage sticker on his traveling companion's bag, but he was told it was no big deal since they were both headed to the same destination and because the bags were already on the belt.
Then Freisema, 44, did what we all want to do at airports, but undoubtedly know what the repercussions are for doing so; i.e., make a witty, wholly inappropriate joke at the expense of an oversensitive atmosphere.
From the Anchorage Daily News:
What Friesema said next temporarily shut down the airport, forced hundreds of passengers into the cold night air, caused many to miss connections, and landed him in jail. "But my friend's bag has a bomb in it," the agent remembers him saying, according to a charging document. He recounted it to authorities slightly differently, more to the effect of "what if my friend's bag has a bomb in it?"
Either way, his comment was "perhaps an effort to be funny or flirtatious," Assistant District Attorney Adam Alexander said Sunday before Friesema made a court appearance.
("Flirtatious?" Oh dear … it's the root of all men's ill-timed jokes, isn't it?)
As a result of his quip, the airport was evacuated (!) until 3 a.m. and Friesema was charged with disorderly conduct. The Daily News reports that the FBI is considering other charges, which could include making terrorist threats; i.e., joking about a bomb and causing the evacuation of a public place.
[NHL on Yahoo! Sports: Oilers' young stars embrace AHL experience during lockout]
Friesema was ordered to remain in Alaska by a judge on Sunday, which probably doesn't bode well for upcoming officiating gigs.
Goon's World received a "no comment" from the WCHA regarding the situation, but with the story having gone national, one wonders how long the league can go without addressing it.
Hopefully this all blows over so Friesema can get back to work; and by that we mean making jokes about having viral meningitis in a crowded hospital lobby and/or about carrying a shot gun to a speech by the president.
As for hockey … how fast does the first player who chirps him with "what are you going to do, put a bomb in my bag?" get a game misconduct?
UPDATE: The WCHA has released a statement --
The Western Collegiate Hockey Association today (Oct. 15) announced that men's referee Peter Friesema has been suspended indefinitely from his officiating duties with the league pending a review of an off-ice incident that occurred at the Anchorage International Airport on Sunday, Oct. 14.
The WCHA will have no comment on this matter until all the facts have been gathered and the investigation complete

Response to Petition on the Abolishment of the Transportation Security Administration by Pervert Pistole

All I'm going to say is that the goons and pedophiles at the TSA would have you believe that it's because of them that there's been no significant terrorism since 9/11. These liars with all of their health endangering equip. and invasive and perverted "pat-downs" haven't been responsible for the apprehension of one, yes not even one terrorist. True they've been responsible for violating many little girls and boys, grandmothers, invalids in wheelchairs, nuns and every other kind of tourist who is stupid or desperate enough to get somewhere that they make the mistake of flying. But not one terrorist.
We're in their eyes, apparently too stupid to realize that the terrorists have half a brain too, and won't fall into their "trap."

The Head Pervert - Pistole
Response to Petition on the Abolishment of the Transportation Security Administration

By John Pistole, the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration

Thank you for participating in the We the People platform, we respect the right of the petitioners to be heard and value the feedback we receive from travelers who share their experiences – good or bad – with us. The men and women of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) have a challenging, but critical mission, and they take their jobs very seriously. TSA understands that the terrorist threat remains real and continues to evolve, as evidenced by the attempted terrorist attack on Christmas Day 2009 and the disrupted air cargo bomb plot last year.

Why TSA Exists.

TSA was created two months after the September 11 terrorist attacks, when Congress passed the Aviation and Transportation Security Act (ATSA) [.pdf] to keep the millions of Americans who travel each day safe and secure across numerous modes of transportation.

Over the past 10 years, TSA has strengthened security by creating successful programs and deploying technologies that were not in place prior to September 11, while also taking steps whenever possible to enhance the passenger experience. Here are just a few of the many steps TSA has taken to strengthen our multi-layered approach to security:

Establishing an Intelligence-Driven Approach.

TSA uses intelligence in real-time to strengthen security and share key information with state, local, and international partners, to ensure they can respond to evolving threats.

Vetting of Passengers and Transportation Workers.

Today, 100 percent of passengers flying to, from, and within the United States are prescreened against terrorist watch lists under TSA's Secure Flight program. In addition, employees with access to airports and ports, and those who transport higher risk materials, are vetted to ensure a secure environment.

Screening for Explosives.

TSA screens 100 percent of carry-on and checked baggage for dangerous items including explosives. TSA has also deployed explosives-detection canine teams. The teams are used to detect explosives and deter terrorism in aviation, mass transit, and cargo environments.

Deploying Advanced Technology to Detect Evolving Threats.

As part of its multi-layered approach to security, TSA uses Advanced Imaging Technology and Automated Target Recognition software to detect metallic and nonmetallic threats, including weapons and explosives concealed under layers of clothing on passengers. Using Advanced Technology X-ray, Bottled Liquid Scanners and Explosives Trace Detection (ETD) Technology, TSA can more efficiently and effectively screen checked and carry-on bags for potential threats.

Covert Testing.

Covert testing provides TSA with valuable information that can be used to modify security measures, improve training and inform the development of future technology. The statistic cited in the petition was from testing performed nearly eight years ago and doesn't reflect the current security environment. Since then, TSA has implemented new security measures and deployed enhanced technology to address evolving threats to aviation.

Strengthening In-Flight Security.

Hardened cockpit doors and the Federal Air Marshal Service serve as additional layers of security against an act of terrorism.

Establishing a Professionalized Workforce.

Transportation Security Officers (TSO) working at 450 airports today are hired through a rigorous vetting process and go through extensive training that did not exist prior to September 11. Today's TSOs have an average of three and a half years of experience on the job and have a turnover rate of approximately 6 percent. This compares to an average of 3 months of experience and a turnover rate of 125 percent for screeners prior to the creation of TSA.

TSA's Next 10 Years.

TSA is working to enhance its risk-based, intelligence-driven security initiatives to strengthen security while continuing to improve the passenger experience whenever possible. Current efforts include: changing the way TSA screens passengers ages 12 and under, evaluating the expanded use of behavior detection techniques, and piloting expedited screening for known travelers. Efficiencies gained by implementing more risk-based security methods allow us to make the best possible use of the resources to secure air travel.

Additionally, new software has been deployed to further strengthen privacy protections by eliminating passenger-specific images on Advanced Imaging Technology (AIT) machines. The new software has been installed on all millimeter wave AIT units currently in airports, with plans to test and deploy similar software for backscatter units in 2012.

Our Nation is safer and better prepared today because of these and other efforts of the Department of Homeland Security, TSA, and our federal, state, local and international partners. TSA is constantly identifying ways to continue to strengthen security and improve the passenger experience and appreciates the feedback of the public.

We invite you to stop by TSA's blog to continue this discussion.

This Is Who Is Working For The TSA And Screening You And Your Children

Transportation Security Administration Administrator John Pistole
It's nice to see the TSA is concerned about finding a rapist in their ranks. But I have a feeling Mr. Rodman (good name for a rapist or pornstar) is while not the brightest bulb in the lamp, more the rule than the exception. He just got tired of feeling up little girls and old women, nuns and housewives and moved on to the next level. We knew he's a pervert, and bully he worked for the TSA. I have to wonder how many other rapes he committed, on and off the job, before he was caught.  I also heard on the news that for the holiday season, to suck people back into flying, the TSA has modified their feeling up of children 12 and under, probably restraining their pedophiles and perverts from penetrating pussies and assholes, for the holidays only, and of course 12 and under can keep their shoes on. There's a big deal, they can keep their shoes on, wow....  This agency of Federal perversion needs to go. I recommend that all people stop flying until the TSA is gotten rid of, of course because of greed, impatience and selfishness, they won't and the TSA will go on, making free travel in the US more and more difficult until it becomes impossible. The good news is I'm a short timer, and hopefully won't be around to see our country as it becomes something it was never meant to be. Today it isn't the US I was born in, but it's becoming even less so, by the day.

TSA officer charged with sexual assault
By the CNN Wire Staff

updated 11:37 AM EST, Tue November 22, 2011

Washington (CNN) -- A federal airport screener has been charged with sexual assault after he allegedly assaulted a woman near his home in Manassas, Virginia, police said Tuesday.

Police said Harold Glenn Rodman, 52, was wearing a uniform and displayed a badge at the time of the attack.
Rodman is a Transportation Security Administration officer at Dulles International Airport, the TSA confirmed. He has been removed from security operations pending the investigation.
According to Prince William County, Virginia, police, a 37-year-old woman and her friend were walking in a Manassas neighborhood when a man who was unknown to them approached, displayed a badge and then sexually assaulted the woman before fleeing on foot. Police responded to a call at 3:25 a.m. Sunday and, while canvassing the neighborhood, noticed a man matching the attacker's description exit his home, police said. The man was arrested in connection with the incident, police said.
Rodman is charged with abduction with intent to defile, aggravated sexual assault, forcible sodomy and object sexual penetration.
A TSA spokesman said the TSA is working closely with police on the case.
"TSA holds its personnel to the highest professional and ethical standards, and investigates all allegations of misconduct," TSA spokesman Greg Soule said. "The disturbing allegations against this individual in no way reflect the work of the more than 50,000 security officers who every day ensure the security of the traveling public."

Who Do We Really Need to Fear, "Them" or Us? - TSA and America's Zero Risk Culture

The TSA has turned the airports of America into a joke, a joke that makes bin Ladin and every terrorist in the world laugh themselves sick every time they think about it. I don't know if they're perverts and goons, or just people that need their jobs so bad that they'll do anything, commit any attrocity, or humiliate anybody that they're ordered to to keep it. I'm not sure which is worse actually. If I were one of these "people," before I'd strip search, literally or figuratively, or feel up breasts and  stick my finger into the pussies and grab the cock and balls of  honest American citizens,  grandfathers and grandmothers, wives, and girlfriends, nuns, priests, little boys and 3 yr old girls, even babies, all to prevent mythical "terrorists" and "terrorism," I'd quit and find honest work.  Have they actually caught a terrorist, or have all that were caught been caught by passengers and/or crew?  They admit to none, citing national security as the reason. But lots of people, myself included, think the number actually is zero. Of course there is the occasional nutzo, and those people that don't realize they may be carrying a verboden item, according to one article they caught six of those in one week. How many passengers go through the gates of hell to board a flying cattle car in one week? More than six I'll bet, millions of passengers is more like it. They caught six with nail clippers or shampoo or some such dangerous item.  If I were in charge of the TSA, first of all I'd get rid of the perversions, or quit, but of course Napolitano and Pistole haven't the good grace or honor to do anything like that. Since the TSA does nothing it should be abandoned as a bad idea gone horribly wrong.

Who Do We Really Need to Fear, "Them" or Us?
TSA and America's Zero Risk Culture
November 16, 2010

By Richard Forno

The lede on the DRUDGEREPORT most of Monday showed a Catholic nun being patted down at an airport security checkpoint, with the caption starkly declaring that "THE TERRORISTS HAVE WON."

He's right.
Ten years after 9/11, Americans who fly are facing a Faustian choice between subjecting themselves to a virtual (and potentially medically damaging) strip search conducted in questionable machines run by federal employees or a psychologically damaging pat-down of their bodies. Osama bin Ladin must be giggling himself silly this week.
But what should we expect in a society that requires adults to wear bicycle helmets while pedaling in the park, provides disclaimers of liability on TV advertisements, or prints warnings on fast-food coffee cups? The name of the game is zero risk. Not risk mitigation, or accepting responsibility for one's actions, but risk aversion. It's a failure to acknowledge that we can't protect against everything bad that can happen to us, so we must protect against everything we think might -- might -- be harmful at some point.
It's living in fear.
TSA has established itself as the lead federal agency charged with perpetuating this risk-averse culture at airports around the country. The proof is evident over the past ten years: Because of the Shoebomber, we have to remove our shoes. Thanks to the Christmas Crotchbomber, we are subjected to invasive scanning or government-mandated molestation. Because there's a potential for explosives in liquid or gel form, we've got the "Three Ounces in A Baggie" rule. Wearing a sweater or bulky fleece hoodie? Take it off (along with your shoes and belt) so it can be examined. Or frisking Granny, or asking toddlers to drink from their Sippy-cups to make sure it's really Mommy's milk inside. And let's not forget the thankfully defunct prohibitions on knitting needles, insulin syringes, matches, lighters, or standing during the last 30 minutes of flights to Washington, DC.
All in the name of protecting the homeland.
Given this latest round of homeland hysteria, I must ask again -- what happens after the next 'new' attempt to smuggle something onto a plane? Actually, we know the answer: another item will go on the Prohibited Items List and additional screenings of passengers will be conducted, followed by more patronising security-speak from our Department of Homeland Insecurity asking law abiding folks to give up more of their privacy and personal "space" in the interest of Homeland (er, "State") Security. Big Brother, meet Big Sister. With all her homeland security lobbyists along for the ride.
Where does it end?
Due to this nationalised risk aversion and a docile public, we're now living in a country that subordinates law abiding travelers to quasi-law-enforcement employees of a government agency empowered to make up the rules as it goes along and arrest/fine those who question, challenge, or refuse to comply with their demands while impeding their travel within this great country. What does all of this do to our nation? Our way of life? Our way of thinking as citizens?
Perhaps this is intentional, and we're being conditioned to accept the actions of TSA and embrace a zero-risk mentality on our society. What else can explain the statement made earlier today by TSA Director John Pistole that citizens who protest what they see as government transgressions into their privacy are being "irresponsible"? Calling us irresponsible when protesting this latest round of TSA actions is no different than our being labelled unpatriotic when protesting or questioning some of the provisions in the controversial USA PATRIOT Act. Same stuff, different Administration.
The American public needs to recognise the nature of the terror threat and accept a certain level of risk in their lives and travels instead of kowtowing to every reactive security 'enhancement' proclaimed by TSA as necessary to protect the country. In terms of airport security, we are the laughing stock of the industrialised world, and an embarrassment to knowledgeable security professionals.
The tragedy of 9/11 wasn't the attacks of that day, but what has happened to America in the years since.
Which begs the question: who should we be afraid of, really -- "them" or "us?"

Richard Forno is a security researcher in the Washington, DC area.

All of this Homeland Security/Patriot Act nonsense started by our then president, George the Second, after the 911 Disaster.  Yes we had problems, people hijacked planes every now and then for years, decades. There was the occasional bomber, some nut with a gun, etc. But it was George the Second's over-reaction to 911 that has created all the problems since, and Obama's continuation and escalation of the same over-reaction that's made it even worse. Both of these imatations, bad imatations, of presidents have started this country on the path to facism, even communism.
Before Hitler could invade Poland, he needed an excuse. so as the story goes,  German agents disguised as Polish soldiers attacked a German radio station, this gave Hitler the excuse he needed to invade Poland and start WWII. How is that relevent, president George the Second needed an excuse to declare war on and invade Iraq. Whose leader Saddam Hussein had hed the temerity to to allegedly take out a contract on the head of George the Second's father president George the First.  George the Second wanted revenge, and of course nailing down Iraqs oil wasn't a bad thing. So, in my opinion, as well as that of many others, (just read the websites), George the Second got together with some of his Saudi friends, and arranged for Saudi agents to come here and commit the 911 atrocity. They killed thousands of Americans, on the planes, in the buildings, and police/fire people. All on the orders of George the Second, and his minions. This gave him the opportunity to lie to the American people, convince them there was a real danger and create the Patriot Act, Homeland Security, declare illegal wars on Afghanistan and Iraq, plus getting revenge for his father by indirectly murdering Saddam.
Here is the second  interesting article from 911 Truth.org

THE TOP 40 REASONS TO DOUBT THE OFFICIAL STORY OF SEPTEMBER 11th, 2001
... An outline in simple talking points ...

We are continuing to compile the best documentation links for every single point on this page, and intend to post the updated version as soon as possible, and create teaching tools and more from the info. This is a significant and time-consuming process--if you have useful links, please send them to janice[at]911truth[dot]org. Thanks for your help!

If you use the search function with title key words, you will discover that 911Truth.org is home to articles backing virtually every point made below. Much of the basic research is available at the Complete 9/11 Timeline (hosted by cooperativeresearch.org), the 9/11 Reading Room (911readingroom.org), and the NY Attorney General Spitzer petition and complaint (Justicefor911.org). For physical evidence discussion, see Point 7.

THE DAY ITSELF - EVIDENCE OF COMPLICITY

1) AWOL Chain of Command

a. It is well documented that the officials topping the chain of command for response to a domestic attack - George W. Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Richard Myers, Montague Winfield - all found reason to do something else during the actual attacks, other than assuming their duties as decision-makers.

b. Who was actually in charge? Dick Cheney, Richard Clarke, Norman Mineta and the 9/11 Commission directly conflict in their accounts of top-level response to the unfolding events, such that several (or all) of them must be lying.

2) Air Defense Failures

a. The US air defense system failed to follow standard procedures for responding to diverted passenger flights.

b. Timelines: The various responsible agencies - NORAD, FAA, Pentagon, USAF, as well as the 9/11 Commission - gave radically different explanations for the failure (in some cases upheld for years), such that several officials must have lied; but none were held accountable.

c. Was there an air defense standdown?

3) Pentagon Strike

How was it possible the Pentagon was hit 1 hour and 20 minutes after the attacks began? Why was there no response from Andrews Air Force Base, just 10 miles away and home to Air National Guard units charged with defending the skies above the nation''s capital? How did Hani Hanjour, a man who failed as a Cessna pilot on his first flight in a Boeing, execute a difficult aerobatic maneuver to strike the Pentagon? Why did the attack strike the just-renovated side, which was largely empty and opposite from the high command?

4) Wargames

a. US military and other authorities planned or actually rehearsed defensive response to all elements of the 9/11 scenario during the year prior to the attack - including multiple hijackings, suicide crashbombings, and a strike on the Pentagon.

b. The multiple military wargames planned long in advance and held on the morning of September 11th included scenarios of a domestic air crisis, a plane crashing into a government building, and a large-scale emergency in New York. If this was only an incredible series of coincidences, why did the official investigations avoid the issue? There is evidence that the wargames created confusion as to whether the unfolding events were "real world or exercise." Did wargames serve as the cover for air defense sabotage, and/or the execution of an "inside job"?

5) Flight 93

Did the Shanksville crash occur at 10:06 (according to a seismic report) or 10:03 (according to the 9/11 Commission)? Does the Commission wish to hide what happened in the last three minutes of the flight, and if so, why? Was Flight 93 shot down, as indicated by the scattering of debris over a trail of several miles?

THE DAY - POSSIBLE SMOKING GUNS

6) Did cell phones work at 30,000 feet in 2001? How many hijackings were attempted? How many flights were diverted?

7) Demolition Hypothesis

What caused the collapse of a third skyscraper, WTC 7, which was not hit by a plane? Were the Twin Towers and WTC 7 brought down by explosives? (See "The Case for Demolitions," the websites wtc7.net and 911research.wtc7.net, and the influential article by physicist Steven Jones. See also items no. 16 and 24, below.)

FOREKNOWLEDGE & THE ALLEGED HIJACKERS

8) What did officials know? How did they know it?

a. Multiple allied foreign agencies informed the US government of a coming attack in detail, including the manner and likely targets of the attack, the name of the operation (the "Big Wedding"), and the names of certain men later identified as being among the perpetrators.

b. Various individuals came into possession of specific advance knowledge, and some of them tried to warn the US prior to September 11th.

c. Certain prominent persons received warnings not to fly on the week or on the day of September 11th.

9) Able Danger, Plus - Surveillance of Alleged Hijackers

a. The men identified as the 9/11 ringleaders were under surveillance for years beforehand, on the suspicion they were terrorists, by a variety of US and allied authorities - including the CIA, the US military''s "Able Danger" program, the German authorities, Israeli intelligence and others.

b. Two of the alleged ringleaders who were known to be under surveillance by the CIA also lived with an FBI asset in San Diego, but this is supposed to be yet another coincidence.

10) Obstruction of FBI Investigations prior to 9/11

A group of FBI officials in New York systematically suppressed field investigations of potential terrorists that might have uncovered the alleged hijackers - as the Moussaoui case once again showed. The stories of Sibel Edmonds, Robert Wright, Coleen Rowley and Harry Samit, the "Phoenix Memo," David Schippers, the 199i orders restricting investigations, the Bush administration''s order to back off the Bin Ladin family, the reaction to the "Bojinka" plot, and John O''Neil do not, when considered in sum, indicate mere incompetence, but high-level corruption and protection of criminal networks, including the network of the alleged 9/11 conspirators. (Nearly all of these examples were omitted from or relegated to fleeting footnotes in The 9/11 Commission Report.)

11) Insider Trading

a. Unknown speculators allegedly used foreknowledge of the Sept. 11th events to profiteer on many markets internationally - including but not limited to "put options" placed to short-sell the two airlines, WTC tenants, and WTC re-insurance companies in Chicago and London.

b. In addition, suspicious monetary transactions worth hundreds of millions were conducted through offices at the Twin Towers during the actual attacks.

c. Initial reports on these trades were suppressed and forgotten, and only years later did the 9/11 Commission and SEC provide a partial, but untenable explanation for only a small number of transactions (covering only the airline put options through the Chicago Board of Exchange).

12) Who were the perpetrators?

a. Much of the evidence establishing who did the crime is dubious and miraculous: bags full of incriminating material that happened to miss the flight or were left in a van; the "magic passport" of an alleged hijacker, found at Ground Zero; documents found at motels where the alleged perpetrators had stayed days and weeks before 9/11.

b. The identities of the alleged hijackers remain unresolved, there are contradictions in official accounts of their actions and travels, and there is evidence several of them had "doubles," all of which is omitted from official investigations.

c. What happened to initial claims by the government that 50 people involved in the attacks had been identified, including the 19 alleged hijackers, with 10 still at large (suggesting that 20 had been apprehended)? http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/nationworld/sns-worldtrade-50suspects,0,1825231.story

THE 9/11 COVER-UP, 2001-2006

13) Who Is Osama Bin Ladin?

a. Who judges which of the many conflicting and dubious statements and videos attributed to Osama Bin Ladin are genuine, and which are fake? The most important Osama Bin Ladin video (Nov. 2001), in which he supposedly confesses to masterminding 9/11, appears to be a fake. In any event, the State Department''s translation of it is fraudulent.

b. Did Osama Bin Ladin visit Dubai and meet a CIA agent in July 2001 (Le Figaro)? Was he receiving dialysis in a Pakistani military hospital on the night of September 10, 2001 (CBS)?

c. Whether by Bush or Clinton: Why is Osama always allowed to escape?

d. The terror network associated with Osama, known as the "base" (al-Qaeda), originated in the CIA-sponsored 1980s anti-Soviet jihad in Afghanistan. When did this network stop serving as an asset to covert operations by US intelligence and allied agencies? What were its operatives doing in Kosovo, Bosnia and Chechnya in the years prior to 9/11?

14) All the Signs of a Systematic 9/11 Cover-up

a. Airplane black boxes were found at Ground Zero, according to two first responders and an unnamed NTSB official, but they were "disappeared" and their existence is denied in The 9/11 Commission Report.

b. US officials consistently suppressed and destroyed evidence (like the tapes recorded by air traffic controllers who handled the New York flights).

c. Whistleblowers (like Sibel Edmonds and Anthony Shaffer) were intimidated, gagged and sanctioned, sending a clear signal to others who might be thinking about speaking out.

d. Officials who "failed" (like Myers and Eberhard, as well as Frasca, Maltbie and Bowman of the FBI) were given promotions.

15) Poisoning New York

The White House deliberately pressured the EPA into giving false public assurances that the toxic air at Ground Zero was safe to breathe. This knowingly contributed to an as-yet unknown number of health cases and fatalities, and demonstrates that the administration does consider the lives of American citizens to be expendable on behalf of certain interests.

16) Disposing of the Crime Scene

The rapid and illegal scrapping of the WTC ruins at Ground Zero disposed of almost all of the structural steel indispensable to any investigation of the collapse mechanics. (See also item no. 23, below.)

17) Anthrax

Mailings of weapons-grade anthrax - which caused a practical suspension of the 9/11 investigations - were traced back to US military stock. Soon after the attacks began in October 2001, the FBI approved the destruction of the original samples of the Ames strain, disposing of perhaps the most important evidence in identifying the source of the pathogens used in the mailings. Were the anthrax attacks timed to coincide with the Afghanistan invasion? Why were the letters sent only to media figures and to the leaders of the opposition in the Senate (who had just raised objections to the USA PATRIOT Act)?

18) The Stonewall

a. Colin Powell promised a "white paper" from the State Department to establish the authorship of the attacks by al-Qaeda. This was never forthcoming, and was instead replaced by a paper from Tony Blair, which presented only circumstantial evidence, with very few points actually relating to September 11th.

b. Bush and Cheney pressured the (freshly-anthraxed) leadership of the Congressional opposition into delaying the 9/11 investigation for months. The administration fought against the creation of an independent investigation for more than a year.

c. The White House thereupon attempted to appoint Henry Kissinger as the chief investigator, and acted to underfund and obstruct the 9/11 Commission.

19) A Record of Official Lies

a. "No one could have imagined planes into buildings" - a transparent falsehood upheld repeatedly by Rice, Rumsfeld and Bush.

b. "Iraq was connected to 9/11" - The most "outrageous conspiracy theory" of all, with the most disastrous impact.

20) Pakistani Connection - Congressional Connection

a. The Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, creator of the Taliban and close ally to both the CIA and "al-Qaeda," allegedly wired $100,000 to Mohamed Atta just prior to September 11th, reportedly through the ISI asset Omar Saeed Sheikh (later arrested for the killing of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl, who was investigating ISI connections to "al-Qaeda.")

b. This was ignored by the congressional 9/11 investigation, although the senator and congressman who ran the probe (Bob Graham and Porter Goss) were meeting with the ISI chief, Mahmud Ahmed, on Capitol Hill on the morning of September 11th.

c. About 25 percent of the report of the Congressional Joint Inquiry was redacted, including long passages regarding how the attack (or the network allegedly behind it) was financed. Graham later said foreign allies were involved in financing the alleged terror network, but that this would only come out in 30 years.

21) Unanswered Questions and the "Final Fraud" of the 9/11 Commission:

a. The September 11th families who fought for and gained an independent investigation (the 9/11 Commission) posed 400-plus questions, which the 9/11 Commission adopted as its roadmap. The vast majority of these questions were completely ignored in the Commission hearings and the final report.

b. The membership and staff of the 9/11 Commission displayed awesome conflicts of interest. The families called for the resignation of Executive Director Philip Zelikow, a Bush administration member and close associate of "star witness" Condoleezza Rice, and were snubbed. Commission member Max Cleland resigned, condemning the entire exercise as a "scam" and "whitewash."

c.The 9/11 Commission Report is notable mainly for its obvious omissions, distortions and outright falsehoods - ignoring anything incompatible with the official story, banishing the issues to footnotes, and even dismissing the still-unresolved question of who financed 9/11 as being "of little practical significance."

22) Crown Witnesses Held at Undisclosed Locations

The alleged masterminds of 9/11, Khalid Sheikh Mohamed (KSM) and Ramzi Binalshibh, are reported to have been captured in 2002 and 2003, although one Pakistani newspaper said KSM was killed in an attempted capture. They have been held at undisclosed locations and their supposed testimonies, as provided in transcript form by the government, form much of the basis for The 9/11 Commission Report (although the Commission''s request to see them in person was denied). After holding them for years, why doesn''t the government produce these men and put them to trial?

23) Spitzer Redux

a. Eliot Spitzer, attorney general of New York State, snubbed pleas by New York citizens to open 9/11 as a criminal case (Justicefor911.org).

b. Spitzer also refused to allow his employee, former 9/11 Commission staff member Dietrich Snell, to testify to the Congress about his (Snell''s) role in keeping "Able Danger" entirely out of The 9/11 Commission Report.

24) NIST Omissions

After the destruction of the WTC structural steel, the official Twin Towers collapse investigation was left with almost no forensic evidence, and thus could only provide dubious computer models of ultimately unprovable hypotheses. It failed to even test for the possibility of explosives. (Why not clear this up?)

25) Radio Silence

The 9/11 Commission and NIST both allowed the continuing cover-up of how Motorola''s faulty radios, purchased by the Giuliani administration, caused firefighter deaths at the WTC - once again showing the expendability, even of the first responders.

26) The Legal Catch-22

a. Hush Money - Accepting victims'' compensation barred September 11th families from pursuing discovery through litigation.

b. Judge Hallerstein - Those who refused compensation to pursue litigation and discovery had their cases consolidated under the same judge (and as a rule dismissed).

27) Saudi Connections

a. The 9/11 investigations made light of the "Bin Ladin Airlift" during the no-fly period, and ignored the long-standing Bush family business ties to the Bin Ladin family fortune. (A company in which both families held interests, the Carlyle Group, was holding its annual meeting on September 11th, with George Bush Sr., James Baker, and two brothers of Osama Bin Ladin in attendance.)

b. The issue of Ptech.

28) Media Blackout of Prominent Doubters

The official story has been questioned and many of the above points were raised by members of the US Congress, retired high-ranking officers of the US military, the three leading third-party candidates for President in the 2004 election, a member of the 9/11 Commission who resigned in protest, a former high-ranking adviser to the George W. Bush administration, former ministers to the German, British and Canadian governments, the commander-in-chief of the Russian air force, 100 luminaries who signed the "9/11 Truth Statement," and the presidents of Iran and Venezuela. Not all of these people agree fully with each other, but all would normally be considered newsworthy. Why has the corporate-owned US mass media remained silent about these statements, granting due coverage only to the comments of actor Charlie Sheen?

GEOPOLITICS, TIMING AND POSSIBLE MOTIVES

29) "The Great Game"

The Afghanistan invasion was ready for Bush''s go-ahead on September 9, 2001, with US and UK force deployments to the region already in place or underway. This followed the failure earlier that year of backdoor diplomacy with the Taliban (including payments of $125 million in US government aid to Afghanistan), in an attempt to secure a unity government for that country as a prerequisite to a Central Asian pipeline deal.

30) The Need for a "New Pearl Harbor"

Principals in US foreign policy under the current Bush administration (including Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Perle and others) have been instrumental in developing long-running plans for worldwide military hegemony, including an invasion of the Middle East, dating back to the Ford, Reagan and Bush Sr. administrations. They reiterated these plans in the late 1990s as members of the "Project for a New American Century," and stated a clear intent to invade Iraq for the purpose of "regime change." After 9/11, they lost no time in their attempt to tie Iraq to the attacks.

31) Perpetual "War on Terror"

9/11 is supposed to provide carte-blanche for an open-ended, global and perpetual "War on Terror," against any enemy, foreign or domestic, that the executive branch chooses to designate, and regardless of whether evidence exists to actually connect these enemies to 9/11.

32) Attacking the Constitution

a. The USA PATRIOT Act was written before 9/11, Homeland Security and the "Shadow Government" were developed long before 9/11, and plans for rounding up dissidents as a means for suppressing civil disturbance have been in the works for decades.

b. 9/11 was used as the pretext to create a new, extra-constitutional executive authority to declare anyone an "enemy combatant" (including American citizens), to detain persons indefinitely without habeas corpus, and to "render" such persons to secret prisons where torture is practiced.

33) Legal Trillions

9/11 triggers a predictable shift of public spending to war, and boosts public and private spending in the "new" New Economy of "Homeland Security," biometrics, universal surveillance, prisons, civil defense, secured enclaves, security, etc.

34) Plundered Trillions?

On September 10, 2001, Donald Rumsfeld announced a "war on waste" after an internal audit found that the Pentagon was "missing" 2.3 trillion dollars in unaccounted assets. On September 11th, this was as good as forgotten.

35) Did 9/11 prevent a stock market crash?

Did anyone benefit from the destruction of the Securities and Exchange Commission offices at WTC 7, and the resultant crippling of hundreds of fraud investigations?

36) Resource Wars

a. What was discussed in the Energy Task Force meetings under Dick Cheney in 2001? Why is the documentation of these meetings still being suppressed?

b. Is Peak Oil a motive for 9/11 as inside job?

37) The "Little Game"

Why was the WTC privatized just before its destruction?

HISTORY

38) "Al-CIA-da?"

The longstanding relationship between US intelligence networks and radical Islamists, including the network surrounding Osama Bin Ladin. (See also point 13d.)

39) Historical Precedents for "Synthetic Terror"

a. In the past many states, including the US government, have sponsored attacks on their own people, fabricated the "cause for war," created (and armed) their own enemies of convenience, and sacrificed their own citizens for "reasons of state."

b. Was 9/11 an update of the Pentagon-approved "Project Northwoods" plan for conducting self-inflicted, false-flag terror attacks in the United States, and blaming them on a foreign enemy?

40) Secret Government

a. The record of criminality and sponsorship of coups around the world by the covert networks based within the US intelligence complex.

b. Specifically also: The evidence of crime by Bush administration principals and their associates, from October Surprise to Iran-Contra and the S&L plunder to PNAC, Enron/Halliburton and beyond.

Commercial Spoofs TSA Perverts - THIS IS NOT FUNNY OR CUTE

I happened to see a commercial today for Lindt Chocolates. It showed a tennis star going through an airport, when two moderately attractive security girls, discover a stash of Lindt chocolates which they illegally seize, then they say there should be a strip search. I understand it's supposed to be funny and cute, and if it didn't hit so close to the truth it might be, BUT I SEE NO HUMOR IN IT AT ALL, and will not be buying Landt candy, I don't care how good it is. I'm calling for a ban on the purchase of this company's products until they stop this commercial and publicly apologise to all of the people who've been the victims of real TSA goons and perverts.

It's Not For Me To Judge - I'm Just Doing My Job -

Watching CSI Crime Scene Investigation, a new one with Lawrence FIshburne. Now he's a cop, but he was one of the street punk muggers that got Paul Kersey (Charles Bronson) started again as a vigilante in Death Wish II.  I haven't watched CSI much, since they let Grissom (William Peterson) get away.  When he was there it was a little special, now it's just another cop show. Another quick aside before I get started on the real point, do CSI's in real life act like detectives getting out kicking in doors, questioning suspects, making arrests, blah, blah, or do they work in the lab and on the crime scene getting evidence and letting the real detectives do the police work?  I get so sick of seeing what I believe is an error in reality perpetrated to generate interest from viewers because the reality is probably so boring. At least when Grissom was there CSI was a little bit more real, than the others, now all three are the same with interchangable characters.
Government Murderers assemble at Ruby Ridge
Now to the point... Watching the show and Fishburne's character, (what is his name anyway?), says to a suspect as she's led away "It's not for me to judge."  We hear that, or "I'm only (or just) doing my job," or "if I don't somebody will," or "I need the money, it's only a job." There are hundreds, perhaps thousands of ways of saying the same thing, i.e. "I'm a good German, just following orders, doing what I'm told, etc.
We're becoming a nation of "Good Germans."  If you asked anyone working for the TSA in the airports, they'd probably say that these people were going to destroy our country, so anything we had to do was just self-defense, or  I live in a civilized, democratic country, certainly the most civilized and democratic that has ever been, and my country wouldn't do evil things, or people in positions of high authority convinced me that whatever they were doing was for the best.
Good Germans all, not sending people to the ovens, true, just subjecting them, babies, old people, normal average people, their neighbors and friends, even themselves, to pornographic body scans and physical, sexual assault it the form of pat downs, where TSA goons, the new Brown Shirts of Bush/Obama and the government, reach under their clothes and grab your balls and penis, or shove their hands into your wife or daughters, or mothers, or grandmothers crotch fingering their vagina or ass.
Kent State 1970 aftermath
Ask people if it's right and many are outraged, some say they'll never fly again, but others, many others, are convinced by the perverts and facists in their government that it's needed to ensure safety, a mythological safety.
Saying something like I live in a civilized, democratic country, certainly the most civilized and democratic that has ever been, and my country wouldn't do evil things, (yeah, right) doesn't make it true.  Too many people say It's not for me to judge. They said it when slaves were bought and sold, they said it when brother was killing brother in the Civil War, (the Rebellion, or the War for the Southern Confederacy depending on your point of view),  they said it when Negros were lynched, and the KKK (nation wide not just in the South) acted up, they said it when a few Germans were locked up in WW I (Article on German Intenment WW I and WW II), they said it when US citizens of Japanese heritage, WHO WERE BORN HERE, were locked up in CONCENTRATION CAMPS during WW II, (Article on Japanese Internment WW II), they said it when US soldiers committed murder and attempted murder by killing and wounding STUDENTS when firing live rounds into a crowd at Kent State in 1970 (Article on Kent State Murders and Attempted Murders),  they said it when the US Government in the persons of FBI agents and others murdered innocents and framed others at Ruby Ridge and Waco (Article on the Weavers and the Ruby Ridge Massacre), (Article on the Government Murder of Branch Davidian Women and Children at Waco), now they say it as Government Brown Shirts molest, and degrade honest US citizens whose only crime is the desire to board an airliner and fly somewhere.

TSA Scared by Public Outrage at Being Forced to Endure Pornograghic Body Scans and Perverts Fondling the Breasts and Genitals of Themselves, the Elderly and Their Children in the Name of False Security

Of course the idiot is going to say that. What else would he say? Stop the scans and get rid of the perverts and it won't be necessary. Hillary Clinton say's she wouldn't like it either on public tv, but of course with government or chartered airplanes to use she was speaking theoretically, as she'll never have to face a strange man ripping off her blouse and exposing her breasts in public as has happened to some women in airports, or a stranger putting his hand in her crotch fonding her cunt and ass. Yes, I know it's a shock, she does have them. Well...in theory at least,  maybe not.  But not having to face the things we all have to is the advantage of being one of the "leaders" and not one of the led.
Boycott not just the scanners... Boycott the airlines. Don't fly at all, except for emergencies, until the scanners and TSA thugs and perverts, both male and female, are removed permanently. This "security" is a joke, it never has and probably never will find an actual terrorist, because if they exist except in the minds of the government they don't want to go through the scanners or be probed and prodded either, and "searching" children, and little old ladies probably gets a laugh in terrorist circles every time they think of it.

TSA chief: Body scan boycott would be mistake

AP – FILE - In this Nov. 17, 2010, file photo Transportation
Security Administration (TSA) Administrator John Pistole
By JIM ABRAMS, Associated Press Jim Abrams, Associated Press – 1 hr 13 mins ago

WASHINGTON – With one of the year's busiest traveling days fast approaching, the Obama administration's top transportation security official on Monday urged passengers angry over safety procedures not to boycott airport body scans.
John Pistole said in nationally broadcast interviews he understands public concerns about privacy in the wake of the Transportation Security Administration's tough new airline boarding security checks.
But at the same time, he said a relatively small proportion of the 34 million people who have flown since the new procedures went into effect have had the body pat downs that have come under withering criticism in recent days.
With the Thanksgiving travel rush less than 48 hours away, Pistole implored passengers Monday not to take delaying actions or engage in boycotts of body scans, actions he said would only serve to "tie up people who want to go home and see their loved ones."
Pistole had pledged Sunday to review security procedures in the wake of a public outcry. But he also said the TSA must balance people's demand for privacy with the need to protect passengers from those who would try to set off bombs on planes.
A loosely-organized Internet boycott of body scans is under way, and Pistole said he hoped people would exercise sound judgment over the busy Thanksgiving holiday. A National Opt-Out Day is scheduled for Wednesday to coincide with the busiest travel day of the year.
"Just one or two recalcitrant passengers at an airport is all it takes to cause huge delays," said Paul Ruden, a spokesman for the American Society of Travel Agents, which has warned its more than 8,000 members about delays resulting from the body-scanner boycott. "It doesn't take much to mess things up anyway — especially if someone purposely tries to mess it up."
Body scans take as little as 10 seconds, but people who decline the process must submit to a full pat-down, which takes much longer. That could cause a cascade of delays at dozens of major airports, including those in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Atlanta. nationwide security programs, "there is a continual process of refinement and adjustment to ensure that best practices are applied."
Pistole on Sunday noted the alleged attempt by a Nigerian with explosives in his underwear to try to bring down an Amsterdam-to-Detroit flight last Christmas. "We all wish we lived in a world where security procedures at airports weren't necessary," he said, "but that just isn't the case."
The statement came just hours after Pistole, in a TV interview, said that while the full-body scans and pat-downs could be intrusive and uncomfortable, the high threat level required their use.
In the TV appearance, Pistole appeared to shrug off statements by President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton that the TSA would look for ways to alter screening techniques that some passengers say are invasions of privacy.
Obama said in Lisbon on Saturday that he had asked TSA officials whether there's a less intrusive way to ensure travel safety. "I understand people's frustrations," he said, adding that he had told the TSA that "you have to constantly refine and measure whether what we're doing is the only way to assure the American people's safety."
Clinton, appearing Sunday on NBC's "Meet the Press," said she thought "everyone, including our security experts, are looking for ways to diminish the impact on the traveling public" and that "striking the right balance is what this is about."
She, for one, wouldn't like to submit to a security pat-down.
"Not if I could avoid it. No. I mean, who would?" Clinton told CBS' "Face the Nation."
"Clearly it's invasive, it's not comfortable," Pistole said of the scans and pat-downs during the interview on CNN's "State of the Union." But, he added, "if we are to detect terrorists, who have again proven innovative and creative in their design and implementation of bombs that are going to blow up airplanes and kill people, then we have to do something that prevents that."
Rep. John Mica, R-Fla., who is set to become Transportation Committee chairman when Republicans take over the House in January, differed with the approach.
"I don't think the rollout was good and the application is even worse. This does need to be refined. But he's saying it's the only tool and I believe that's wrong," Mica, a longtime critic of the TSA, said on CNN.
With the peak traveling season nearing, air travelers are protesting new requirements at some U.S. airports that they must pass through full-body scanners that produce a virtually naked image. The screener, who sits in a different location, does not see the face of the person being screened and does not know the traveler's identity.
Those who refuse to go through the scanners are subject to thorough pat-downs that include agency officials touching the clothed genital areas of passengers.
House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Md., appearing on CBS, said Congress would hold hearings on the "very controversial" issue of how to strike the right balance. Asked how he would feel about submitting to a pat-down, Hoyer said, "I don't think any of us feel that the discomfort and the delay is something that we like, but most people understand that we've got to keep airplanes safe."
Pistole was interviewed Monday morning on ABC's "Good Morning America," CBS's "The Early Show," NBC's "Today" show and MSNBC.
